株式会社システムソフト（本社：東京都千代田区、代表取締役社長：吉尾 春樹、東証一部：7527）は、本日、SaaSを通じたDX（デジタル・トランスフォーメーション）を推進する当社子会社SS Technologies株式会社（本社：東京都千代田区）が、fabbit会員企業であるSeltech株式会社（本社: 東京都千代田区）と共に提供する、不動産管理会社向けシェアリングキー「Selkey」の登録斡旋会社数が1,200社を突破したことを発表します。

「Selkey」は、国内最大規模の10万台以上出荷しているCANDY HOUSE JAPAN株式会社（本社: 東京都中央区）の消費者向けスマートキーをベースにしております。管理用SaaSの開発でSS Technologies株式会社が開発支援を行ったほか、同社が提供する入居申込クラウド「SKIPS」と連携させ、「SKIPS」上で内見用ワンタイムパスを自動発行できます。

SS Technologies株式会社では、不動産会社のDX化を推進する「SSクラウドシリーズ」を展開しております。同シリーズは、空室確認から内見予約、鍵の手配、入居申込、保証会社等への審査依頼、契約までの賃貸管理・斡旋業務ができる入居申込クラウド「SKIPS」と、賃貸物件入居時の賃貸管理会社への室内確認報告をスマホでできる「室内チェッククラウド」をリリースしています。「SKIPS」の利用斡旋会社数は2,000社以上あります。

Seltech株式会社とCANDY HOUSE JAPAN株式会社はfabbit会員であり、当社では、引き続き、fabbit会員同士の交流や紹介をすることで、オープンイノベーションに寄与してまいります。

The number of registered brokers for Selkey, a sharing key provided by SS Technologies and Seltech, has exceeded 1,200

SS Technologies Corporation (headquarterd in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), which promotes DX (Digital Transformation) through SaaS as a group company of SystemSoft Corporation (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Haruki Yoshio; TSE Code: 7527), today announced that the number of registered brokers for Selkey, a sharing key for property management companies, has exceeded 1,200.

Selkey is based on one of the leading consumer smart keys provided by CANDY HOUSE JAPAN (headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo), which has shipped more than 100,000 units  in Japan. In addition, SS Technologies provided development support for its SaaS solution. It also developed a system for “SKIPS” which is the tenant application SaaS, that can automatically issue one-time passes for a rental room preview.

SS Technologies is developing the “SS Cloud Series” to promote the digital transformation of real estate companies. SKIPS is a cloud based application service for tenants that allows tenants to make reservations for property viewing, to offer a key for previewing, moving-in application, screening request to guarantee companies, and to sign a lease. SKIPS is used by more than 2,000 brokerage companies.

Seltech Corporation and CANDY HOUSE, Inc. are fabbit members, and SystemSoft Corporation will continue contributing to open innovation by exchanging and introducing fabbit members to each other.
