株式会社システムソフト（本社：東京都千代田区、代表取締役社長：吉尾 春樹）でスタートアップと企業の第二創業を支援するfabbitは、4月16日に「fabbit狛江」を開設します。狛江市のコミュニティFM「コマラジ」を運営する狛江ラジオ放送株式会社（本社：東京都狛江市、代表取締役：松崎 学）が運営する当施設は、小田急線「狛江駅」から徒歩2分にあり、隣接するエコルマ1には、スーパーマーケットの小田急OXをはじめ、多数の店舗が出店し、周りには飲食店や書店、雑貨店が集まる便利な立地にあります。

fabbit狛江の入居会員は、ラジオ局併設のコワーキングスペース「コマスタ」を追加費用なしで利用できるほか、オプションとして絹山不動産FPコンサルティングルームにあるセミナールームや「音楽リハーサルスタジオ BEN辿（ベンテン）」を特別価格でご利用いただけます。

[News release] fabbit Komae opens on April 16, a 2- minute walk from Komae Station!

 

fabbit, which provides an ecosystem to help startups and companies establish their second business as a division of SystemSoft Corporation (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Haruki Yoshio; TSE Code: 7527), will open fabbit Komae on April 16. The facility, run by Komae Radio Broadcasting Corporation, is a two-minute walk from Komae Station on the Odakyu Line and conveniently  located adjacent to Ecorma 1, which houses the Odakyu OX supermarket and other neighboring stores, such as restaurants, bookstores and general shops.

Members of fabbit Komae can use the co-working space “Komasta,” attached to the radio station at no additional cost, and the seminar room in the Kinuyama Fudosan FP Consulting Room and “music rehearsal studio Ben-ten” can also be used as options at a special price.

Wi-Fi, multifunctional copiers and printers, coin-operated lockers, a mini-kitchen, laptops for rent, USB adapters, 24-inch monitors, projectors, and screens are also available, and yoga classes, speaking classes, and business start-up consultation seminars by professionals are lined up to be held.
